Best bet would be if we changed our name to Ezekiel Utd and Ramsgate to Kirbyville Town

Don't think you'll find there's a problem with the ground that can't be fixed by our excellent chairman.

But to be honest I don't want us to be promoted this year, it's too early. Our fan base needs to get better for a start and I find that clubs which rise too rapidly fall too rapidly when the momentum stops. I'd be happy with some consolidating seasons first.

And to cheer you up I believe Margate will still finish above us. If you look at our goals conceded it's more like those teams at the bottom end of the table than the top end and over a season this has a way of working itself out. Plus we've just lost our best player (Edd Vahid) for most games although hopefully he'll be available for the derby so we'll continue to ship goals.

I predict you will finish 6th and we'll finish 10th. There you are I've said it.

Leedsclive it is good to see the reds playing well at this level, and I for one hope that it continues.

 

Sure there is always rivalry between the Clubs, but rivalry means that we, collectively, are always interested in how things are going with both Clubs. Rivalry should breed competativeness and the will to do better than the other half of the Island.

 

I've got to say that it is quite a shock to find ourselves chasing your shirt tails for a change - but unless you keep on winning we're gonna catch-ya!

 

That is of course if we can stop shipping goals!
