but then so does every tie vs a "lower club". I'm gonna think like this, Just look back at the times we got one over jeff King and canvey (in recent years) and we can do it again. We are 6th in conference they are 11th in ryman, they are hardly setting the league alight. Daish will get our lads fully prepared for it, mentally and physically

Plus this squad might be quite good at cup ties. Last year's cup-tie wobblers went to Margate and lost to Potters Bar!!

Have to agree. I just can't see this squad ballsing it up, especially as we got our "what the f*ck was that?" display out of our system against Stafford.

 

However, if I've read their web site properly, Fatboy King's side are unbeaten at home so far this season, albeit not against the most illustrious opposition.

 

Chelmsford Results

 

Last season I'd have been fearing the worst. Now, I'm confident enough to say, I'll settle for this away tie in the 4th Q & a home draw in the next round. (Oh & some tv cameras would be nice. Shame its definitely only geese fly over my house every morning & evening; I've been straining, without success, to see some pink flesh & curly tails.)
