Really looking forward to the visit to New Lodge on Tuesday.

 

Hopefully, it will be a good game of football and, that we get the right result. Unfortunatley, we have both had bad results yesterday and, both sets of players are having to prove themselves.

 

Having said that can Gazza tell us what tunes he is going to be playing in our honour. There are quite a few of us who like our Bovril nice and strong so can you pass that message onto the relevant authorities. I also prefer to have my burgers medium to well done with a nice slab of sheeps cheese. My preference of the alcholic type is for a nice draught bitter(but not that rubbish that used to come from Romford) so can you organise that as well.

 

I think that about covers it but if I think of anything else I will get back to you.

I seem to remember the music at Billericay being fairly good last time round, I would however like to hear the following:

Music for the night has been decided and it includes the following

 

David Bowie - Fashion

Art of Noise - Peter Gunn Theme

Deep Blue Somthing - breakfast At Tiffany's

The Cure - Love Cats

O'Jays - Used Ta Be My Girl

Oasis - Cigarettes & Alcohol

As well as the usual Top 10 movers and groovers...

We now have a "rock / prog spot at half time (just for Rick The Dick) and I was trying to think of a real classic and went for Smoke On The Water - Deep Purple...reason...Well, yes it has been over played over the years BUT not at New Lodge....

Just checked and passport up todate so putting it in the pocket. Those border controls at Datford can be very slow sometimes so hope everyone else rembers thier passports as well.

 

It is getting (the passport) some use these days as it was Heybrige on the 5th and then were off to Wivenhoe on Saturday.
