Great Day, Wings should have been away and gone, alas they couldnt finish the home team off and to Hornchurch's credit they matched Welling after that. Lots of missed half chances, Welling fans went missing second half, Hornchurch will rightly feel they could /should have stole it but Wings still had chances in second half and late on.

 

Chris Moore did Well, Carthy was in Cheeseys pocket but still had 3 close range headers.

 

I would like to think Wings can win on Wednesday. Fair play dickie in keeping shtum about janney who left on crytches/in a wheelchair, on a stretcher (joke).

 

Thought your left sided fellas, Glozier and Tomlinson along with Janney played really well.

 

Thought You double teamed Kedwell really well.

Yeah will be uploading the commentary overnight its a wacking big file and ill post the link tomorrow sometime..

 

Not sure i will be at PVR , Unc knows why but if you have anyone wanting to commentate via mobile i can relay the commentary ove the net for everyone. We will see what the next couple of days bring.

Ive allocated 20 slots which is over 10 GIG of bandwidth.

 

I will post the download link shortly. If rob has a sound editing progrmme he can clip it and drop it on to the dvd OR make it an available soud track on the dvd. Or get the video to me and i will do it for you.

What's the file format JgFc? Is it possible to convert to mp3 or wma to reduce the file size please?

Its wma mate and at 896kbps at moment lol. with editing down (15 mins before game and half time) should come down. obviously can make it a lot lot smaller. Its uploaded again as the last upload crashed on some poor file host. But this is upping at 300kbps <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Is it not possible to match the commentary up with the video and sling it on a dvd for the club shop? I'm sure a few people would buy it.

Ive got an upload on my connection of 700kps should be done just after 8.

 

dunno if Ian can let me upload more than the 300kbps im currently doing.

Blimey, is that the bit rate you pro's use? I was expecting 128 kpbs mp3 or 64 kbps for wma. This must be "concert quality". Excellent - can't wait to hear it. Thanks for going to all this trouble for us. It is very much appreciated!

the live broadcast was cd quality stereo lol. gotta do it properly. i should have encoded it down to 64kbps when recording the stream.

And it was no trouble at all. Everyone at Hornchurch was a pleasure to deal with from Board to fans.

 

It was a first for me, live at ground, have done live comms before but from home relaying a comm via phone from the ground.

 

So it was new ground for me and also the urchins got to test out the capabilities to broadcast live using their I.T Infrastructure and passed with flying colours. Not bad 100metres away from Router connecting via laptop in press box. i was impressed with How ian got a signal to the half way line and also at the friendlyness and professionalism of the Directors.
