Great game and the whole day made me very proud. Proud of the team, proud of the support and proud of the club. Good to see queues at the turnstiles and hoards of young Urchins singing on the bus home through Hornchurch.

 

As regards the ref... the linesman gave the goal....yes the same linesman that gave a corner against us on the opposite side of the pitch (he must have x-ray vision to see through 2 posts and umpteen players legs!!).

 

Once we had realised that the ref didn't believe a shove in the back was a foul we started getting physical and outmuscled them.

 

Only mistake IMO was playing too much long ball as Mooro is gonna head everyone away but if you run at him he has no pace!!! Ainsley could have had a longer run out (but I'm not the manager!).
