Form of old seems to have been turned on its head.

 

Previous seasons both ETFC and EFC would have struggled against lower clubs but turned it on against the top teams - doesn't seem to have followed this season.

 

Of the teams above us EFC, AFC Hornchurch and AFC Sudbury we have only picked up 1 point (the draw against Sudbury)

 

We have only dropped 2 points against the teams below us and that was at Aveley away. Let us hope we dont break that sequence today.

A strange comment given that it was our results against the Wood last year that ultimately cost us promotion.

A shame that Ware lost to you lot.

Still, they can console themselves with the fact that they are a proper Club true to to the spirit of the game, and not an up themselves bunch of traitors who turned and stabbed a great club in the back to satisfy their own egos.

My 'Beef' as you put it is the way that they all try to claim the moral highground in claiming that what they did in forming Upthemselves FC is/was justifiable.

They often point to AFC Wimbledon as a comparison, but the truth is that there is no comparison as AFC Wimbledon was set up for exactly the right reasons by people who cared about the game and it's true values.

It was not set up on an ego trip.

The problem that they had was they did not have the honesty, loyalty, integrity or moral fibre to stick to their* guns to save a once great Football Club from extinction as their* little egos would not allow them to do so.

Still, as they jog along in their* own little world, they expect everyone to stand open mouthed in awe of them when in truth, most decent minded people in the game see them for what they are., which is a bunch of small minded, foul mouthed, smug idiots that pollute every ground they visit with their* unintelligent utterances.

I truly hope that one day they will meet their* true destiny and vanish up their* own backsides for good.

No, not Greek nor misguided. Just a little bit too near the truth for you lot to ever allow yourselves to come to terms with.
I've lived in Enfield for 26 years, used to attend quite a few games at Southbury Road and was as angry as anyone at what happened to the ground and consequently the Club.
But I am more angry at what you lot did in breaking away because it goes against everything that being a true football fan stands for.
But you lot cannot see any further thatn the ends of your noses and never will I suppose.
In short, i don't like you lot and don't care who knows it, and unlucky by the way, because Grim reaper permitting you aint seen the last of me.
