Why? do you think Leverstock are that good? I dont know about them, they have started very well. Are unbeaten and had a very good result away in the Vase. Whether they can maintain it I dont know. I will be able to make more of a decison on them next week after we play them in the SSML Prem cup.

 

I still as I said think its between Hertford/Harefield and us, but its a long long season.

I watched them against St Mags, useful, organised side.. no nonsense defending and very direct (long ball). But that may have been down to the surface?

OH thats it, you are scared they could be the supprise team and upset both our clubs?. Look, as I have already posted about our game with them many times. First half we did not turn up, they were playing down their slope, and scored two quick goals, then had a debatale pen given and scored. We scored, but the ref never gave it, our defender complained and was sent off.

 

second half, we could have been a futher two goals down, but then we switched it round, and stated to go at them, scored two quick goals and had a shot hit the bar, and another cleard off the line. Looked like we would get a draw, but they broke away and scored and ended the game.

 

I was told at the end we were the best side they had played so far. I thinnk we will beat them at home next week in the cup, if we dont and we lose then I will start to think they could be the real deal. They have a BIG game this weekend home to Harefield, will be interesting to see how that goes with Harefield form dipping lately.

so the laws of the game dont state that if the ball crosses the goal line the referee should award a goal then, different laws in Edgware have you, also does this mean that the player sent off in this game and was suspended for the next match harefield could now ask for that game to be replayed as they were penalised from a match that does not count.

Its a load of bull and has opened a can of worms that must be stopped

I wonder if Edgware had played on and scored a late equiliser would they then apeal for the match to be replayed risking loseing a point that they had gained..
