Not sure who scored, but it sounded like a thriller of a game.

 

We shall now be away to Tonbridge Angels or Bromley in the 3rd Qualifying Round.

I'm sure that John Akinde scored, he's scored a few in the previous rounds.

The Tonbridge v Bromley game is tonight.

 

Good win for the lads last night as I see that Sevenoaks were undefeated in 4 Kent Youth League games before this game (while we have won 2 and lost 1).

 

Hopefully a good chance of making the 1st round proper & a tie at home against a league side.

Tonbridge beat Bromley 4-2 tonight despite conceding a goal after just 87 seconds.

 

I guess the game will now take place at Tonbridge 2 weeks tonight.

I was chatting to a guy during the week who runs one of the Gills youth teams, in fact he had just returned from running some representative match where a couple of our youth players featured.

Anyway he was saying that the Tonbridge youth team are pretty useful ths year and that the match up with Fleet will be a good one, so it may well be worth a watch.
