No that's not 'Sugar' at all, he doesn't do hand shaking. What was actually taken in the theft and was it both changing rooms as opposed to just yours, how did they get in as the Haringey Secretary is always so careful in locking the changing rooms when the last man is out.

Krooner is a great personal coach KA, some of his drills are a little un orthodox and quite why he asked his students to train naked is a mystery but he gets results.

He basically lines up all his students tells them to touch their toes and off he goes, working his way along the line making sure they all get well and truly trained.
