The coach you mention maybe very good, but to say he should be coaching Prem sides etc, is a nonsense and makes you look silly. Similarly the cup tied argument does you no favours, this added to the fact you avoid questions that prove you wrong eventually grates on people.
Well as I say fair comment and you seem like an intelligent bloke but I'm afraid I beg to differ, the likes of Takumi, Glenn Shurety, Lambourne and Bradley Drisdale are all great footballers who are selling themselves short at the level they are currently playing at, Kentish Town players are a different kettle of fish entirely as they choose to stay with us despite the fact that they are Step 3/4/5 standard. May I respectfully enquire what your connection is with the SSML out of interest and who you follow as your profile is very thin on detail.

Have no real connection with SSML, few mates playing at Harefield and played against a lot of the new sides in the Ryman League, am involved with Camberley of the CCL.

paulb (and PBT) Sorry, but the lads don't want to part with the Chryso's (even for Krooner's gloves!) - saving them for next season!

Seriously, got a good mix of "old" players and best of last year's , plus player manager Dave Greenwood yet to start. The four ex Ryman clubs are all doing well, but I'm confident of winning my bet with OneClubDoCare that we finish higher than Chalfont St Peter! Is he good for the tenner?

I'll be interested to get the new Haringey Borough 'fans', or whoever they are, take on the great Clement Temile, if indeed they knew who he was as he wasn't give a very fair crack of the whip at Coles Park whilst he was there. If he had have been there's no doubt Haringey wouldn't be in the perilous position they're currently in and staring relegation in the face with established players such as Lambourne leaving in their droves, it's quite sad to see. Look how he has transformed Kentish Town in the short time he has been there.

Well obviously, it shows what can be achieved by leaving no stone unturned in your approach to things. Gregg and myself drove up to Lilleshall that night otherwise I doubt he would have signed on the dotted line for us, it showed him that we meant business and we made him feel six feet tall as opposed to the Chairman at Haringey not even bothering to shake his hand when he walked through the door.

Another dig at the chairman of the club you claim to support

Yeah right people were beating down his door attempting to get him to coach their teams, just see the message (link below) he left on another messageboard trying to get a job. I particularly liked the bit at the end which says 'there were no replies to this message'. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Spidermanor - Fair play to you for finding that, I was aware of it but if you check the date it is almost two years old, since then Clement has been knocked over in the rush with offers as he has gradually built up his Coaching portfolio and was at Charlton for a spell last year Coaching their youth team as well as working for the London FA. As I think I mentioned Clement has two young sons currently playing for Club's in Bulgaria (Levski Sofia) and Israel and internationally for Nigeria and Israel, the latter will be playing against England next year in the Euro 2008 qualifying campaign.

Actually I don't recall you mentioning his sons though you may have done. I presume the one who plays for Israel is Toto Tamuz Temile who has just broken into the full Israeli side. How come Clement Temile has sons playing for both Nigeria and Israel then?

Spidermanor - great spot, top man! Just shows you the opposite to everything Rhodes says is out there on the internet somewhere!
Not that great a spot when you only need to Google 'Clement Temile' and a thousand items come up, then you just choose the one negative one to post about the man on here rather than one of the 999 positive. Yes Lato that's his son who will be playing against England next year, I see you're impressed, Clement has told his sons all about Kentish Town and some meaty sponsorship deals will be coming our way soon from deepest Sofia and Tel Aviv.

Only just seen this post which was slipped in without me noticing, get over what exactly, losing Clement is very much Haringey's loss and Kentish Town's gain. Also what do you mean I have an answer for everything, the Forum is all about individual views and opinions about the beautiful game and we are all free to post what we like within reason. As for the Lambourne thread I'll be posting on that later on after he has scored a goal or two this afternoon, from a Beckham like free kick no doubt. Glenn will probably get involved in some bother at Oxhey Jets as they will know he is wound up easily, I'll be surprised if it finishes eleven a side if it finishes at all.
