It depends entirely upon the nature of the agreement. If there is a formal contract, with a consideration etc etc then the provisions thereof are enforcable. I do nt know what the basis of our groundshare agreement is or how or to what extent it is formalised, of course, but I would hope that the basic conditions are set down in writing. That alone would not necessarily constitute a contract, however.
