Nathan's penalty & the crowd's reaction was a great piece of drama. Best rendition of "Nathans Song" I've heard for a long time!

 

Worster was first class (again).

 

Shame there wasn't more there to see it. Hopefully a five zip win will motivate a few more to turn up for the Margate game.

 

Oops. Forgot to mention the newcomers! Most impressive. And it can only get better.

Five-zip, five different scorers and a clean sheet to boot, great stuff.

 

Our second half performance was very strong and I didn't think the scoreline flattered us.

 

Only downer for me was the low crowd. Hopefully this result will encourage a few more to come down next time.

 

The league is really tight, let's hope we can repeat the dose against Slough next week. Well done to the team, keep it up!!

Well said Super Urchin, spot on fella!

 

Quality second half performance. Whelpdale and Hill both played well, considering that Whelpdale hasn't kicked a ball this season, and Hill hasn't played for a couple of weeks. Best moment though has to be Elders goal, you could see the relief leave his being as the ball hit the back of the net.

 

Should mention Worster who was superb again.

 

Onto Slough and a chance to sneak into a play-off spot!

Thanks for your "concerns" with regards to my friends, relations and whereabouts on Sundays Gazza.

My post was made immediately prior to zipping off into Aberdeen for a bit of shopping accompanied by the wife and family, and have just got back. Have recently moved into a new house, so needed to buy plants, shrubs and other bits and pieces for garden landscaping. Therefore, won't be "sitting on the PC" much next week, getting everything in place before November when we'll probably be up to our necks in the white stuff.

Aberdeen very lively today BTW - a win against the "Frogs", and the whole country goes mad!

Good result for your boys yesterday - your attack appear to have materialised at last, so hope our defence won't take much longer.
