Apologies for the confusion but the sentence was purely referring to how well London Colney are doing this season which has surely been totally unexpected to all of us, unlike Hertford Town who were fully expected to finish in the top three this season from day one and fight out the Championship with Harefield and Edgware. Haringey's 'result of the week' was based on the fact that they were totally humiliated last week but bravely held Colney to 0-0 which must have taken a huge effort, no doubt Glenn Shurety had a lot to do with it.

Horace - Somehow I don't think Gavin will be as gullible as you and your Club associates, as I say I thought you were a man of the World. Couldn't you see that it was all meticulously pre planned with the sandwiches and hospitality when you were there in order to make me look a fool, John Bacon will have briefed Aki 'Sugar' Achillea to retaking of Port Stanley proportions as he checks all my posts on here on a daily basis and reports back.

Why is it clear that I had a cosy chat with him? He wasn't even there until the end, and there was largely an embarrassed silence as we didn't want to gloat and they just wanted us to go home! Normal hospitality, just like every other ground. We'd just won 9-0 for God's sake - why d oyou think that the conversation was about you!

'Normal hospitality', according to Manic and HTFCew you all virtually sat down to a five course meal with caviar and Bollinger champagne. I also didn't say any conversation you might have had with 'Sugar' was about me, wasn't my name mentioned at all then (be truthful) as I recall getting a strange burning sensation in my left ear about 5.00 last Saturday and wondered why that was at the time.

Manic - Didn't you read my earlier post, it was all a devious plan initiated by 'Sugar' and his cohorts John Bacon and George and you fell for it hook line and sinker. I doubt Gavin will be so taken in by them on Tuesday.

Horace - They do hospitality but not to the scale described by Manic and HTFCew, Josie (the barwoman) would have been fully briefed to the point of leading Manic on and thinking he was well in there.
