If we are to truly go for talent that can play then we must remove the mistakes and the big time Charlie’s, King is a talented defender and a player who can break out with the ball beyond Ferdinand’s abilities and levels of concentration.

Personally I think its time for a wake up call for a Mr. Lampard and drop him. His recent England performances have been awful

lampard had a poor world cup but played ok the last 2 qualifiers, i wouldnt play King yet, it is still far to soon after his injury and i havent been that impressed with him in the games he has played for Spurs lately
