Not surprised the guy has run himself ragged all season. Personally I thought he was a tad slow and unlucky not to beat the defender to a couple of balls on Saturday - Now I know why, he's knackered!!

With Curran out, I would have Leon and Corbell up front. Corbell impressed me playing as a Striker in pre-season.

I'd go with:

it was a great game last night everyone played well!!!

why are we playing key players in a reserve match when we are playing a cup match on saturday, it seems a bit silly, the cups games bring us revenue and the more stages we get through the more money we get, getting 1st team players injured in a reserve match is not the way forward.

That wasn't known before the match. Key players shouldn't be risked in reserve games when we've got a big game coming up.

some times players need a run out in a game to make them better, injuries are a risk you have to take
