Their was some friendly banter after the game, as their was at our previous game at the start of September. However, this did not warrant some of the Harefield players leaving their dressing room and physically attacking Edgware’s youth team manager. This obviously had the desired effect of upsetting the Edgware players and their was a face off outside the changing rooms. The referee’s had to intervene and ordered both teams back inside. Harefied were obviously disappointed at their first defeat as well as being knocked out of the Challenge Trophy but their behavior was to say the least outrageous.
