Nice one Rhodes, do you want me to send you last weeks programme. Slightly improved from the previous weeks one I sent you.

AWK - Yes if you wouldn't mind that would be great, it must be something special if it's an improvement on the one you sent me. Incidentally I assume that you saw the following in the SSML bulletin last week and will be submitting one of your programmes:

'Programme Monthly, the leading magazine for football programme collectors has taken over from the Wirrall Programme Club as organisers of the Non League Programme of the Year Awards. Each SSML Club is invited to submit a copy of one of its programmes from a Saturday league match dated on, or as close to, the first Saturday in October, to the following address: Programme Monthly, PO Box 3236, Norwich NR7 7BE'.

I expect Hoddesdon's programme for their game tomorrow with Stony Stratford will therefore be at least 200 pages, Jane will see to that.

The programme I sent you was okay but there is still a lot I want to improve in it. I must admit that I hadn't read the bulletin but I will send one off to Programme Monthly.

Here's a little bit more from the last programme, I do my own league tables for Prem and Div 1 with results grid but on different software that doesn't convert into a pdf.

Great stuff AWK, I really hope you beat Colney Heath so I can get a copy of your work. Unlike programme collectors I only 'count' programmes from games I've been to or Manor games I've missed

That's impressive stuff (but why aren't we in the attendances?).

Was it you who didn't like the Mitoo tables 'cos they didn't show home & away? They do now - click on expanded table tab at the bottom of the page. You can also get them in Excel format.

I noticed that it was done by Terry's badges, he does a very good job and supplies a lot of SSML teams.

 

I'll have a hunt around and see if I can find a 61FC badge for you in return.

AWK - No need to send me anything in return, I'm glad you liked the badge. If you know of anywhere we can get some pennants done let me know but we need to try and get a bit of money in first as it has been an expensive season so far although you get what you pay for hence our League position.

But you've always said that the players and coaching staff don't get paid. What have you paid for that is directly responsible for your league position?

Er £300 a game at Hendon including last Saturday no show by Winslow, £400 to Wingate & Finchley, £350 to Wembley and £300 to Sun Postal Sports, we purposely looked to hire grounds at the start of the season with good playing surfaces whilst we were waiting to secure Hendon and paying that bit extra to suit our Brazil '70 style paid off.
