MB100 I know you were at Kingsbury..how did we play, presumably better than at Colney Heath. I know Swaysland got one but put Rhodes out his misery and let us know how Lambourne did and did he get a goal?

No but Manorborn will have and you were in the 'boardroom' too, I told you that my ears were burning that night. Anyway Manorborn how many did Lambourne get and have a hand in, also how many 60 yard balls did he land on a sixpence Hoddle style.

Rak - Why am I not surprised, 30 yards out no doubt. Is Julian still at Ruislip Manor by the way and did he have something to do with the transfer.

I'm curious. Why wouldn't Julian stil be at Ruislip. And remember myself and George are no longer committee members we are just supporters so don't have such access to any 'boardroom or dressing room gossip'

Top stuff, a good game all round with Kingsbury creating almost as many chances as us. Infact Tasker got man of the match (in recognition of 2 super saves when it was 1-0 to us.

Goals came from The Sway in the first half. Second half blitzed them for the first 15 mins Swaysland added a second with a bullet header from a pin point cross from Henry. Third was a 30 yard rocket from some bloke called Lambourne after a corner was cleared. Then some bloke scored a decent goal for Kingsbury (KTFCSC will no doubt enlighten us as to who it was). Rene (on as sub) finished the scoring for us with a delightful chip over the keeper just before the end. Much improved performance all round.

 

We also hit the woodwork twice and had two cleared of the line and some people thought we had scored a second in the first half when the ball hit the bar and bounced off the line (I couldn't tell from where I was). Shayne was upset by this decision and apparently said something rude to the ref at half time and was sent off.

He's never mentioned which made me think he might not be around at Grosvenor Vale anymore. I will hopefully be at Brimsdown on Tuesday so see you there, I can kill two birds with one stone by seeing the great man in action and spying on Kentish Town's so called rivals for the Division 1 Championship.
