I think it is good that we are not taking them lightley tomorrow, as that is the worst thing you could do in the FA Cup.

With respect to RT-and things often come out as not intended at interviews-i did not think the comment that we 'would have won if DH had been playing'-was the most sensible in the world.

 

Personally- i suspect we would not have won anyway, but more importantly, in situations like that where a player is injured, surely its the managers job to find alternative players/formations /tactics to overcome a key player missing.

 

does the same apply tomorrow ?

 

It wont be the only few games this season where DH is either injured or suspended.

Its the Managers job to resolve the situation and overcome adversity.

Problems/difficulties are there to be solved.

 

This is not a sudden critique of RT but an isolated post relating to the comment re: DH in the interview .
