I think you Whitstable guys are playing the underdog card very well.

 

Hopefuly others see through it.

You are at home, and as you are top of league, in effect, you are only one division below us.

 

We had enough problems beating Ramsgate in past seasons, when they were in a similar postion/league to Whitstable.

 

This is a mighty tough game tomorrow,and again, i think Whitstable milking the underdog tag/sympathy vote very cleverly

No doubt you also have laid on for the Margate players a pre-match feast of oysters, whelks and cockles so they get sea food poisoning just before the game starts !!!!

Overall I thought a good game, margate played sensible footy. Whitstables first goal was on the break, a long ball that was well taken and buried in the net.

i thought that we played well and was hoping that we would get our goal in the end, was even better as we got two.

No idea who got the second goal as at the time I was in the wrong place as a fight kicked off and I got drench in beer, but I did avoid the bottles and tins

Pleased with the result, Whitstable should be proud of their standard of play

Well I was certainly spot on with the hard fought victory, their goalie made 4 or 5 great saves especially from McKimm at the death, how he got across to that I dont know. Good home support, nice little ground, perhaps when we ground share next year we should try Whitstable? My MOM was Lawrence as his first game & he worked tirelessly, winning header after header, agree lokked much better in the middle. Jimmy a very close second kept the team geed up throughout & also a great shot turned around post by goalie. Lets have a nice home drawn in the next round please FA

Actually it was an online psychic that told me about the late winner,well not in those words,so credit goes to that person really.
I asked if our football team (no names)would win
& the answer I got back was was "eventually!". So so right in the end.
