We went on to beat Fisher, Folkestone & Maldon in the second games & drew at W&H.

I think that you have improved this season based on your game against us and in my opinion are the best team we have played.

Yes i did and alyhough we were well beaten i was not over impressed with them. They made better use of the conditions, we hit the post etc. They will be a hard team to beat.

We'd scored 17 goals in our first 9 games last year, compared to 9 this year. Including 4 each from Hockton & Nathan plus a couple from Leon Hunter.

 

This season Leon & Hodgy have 3 each, so the midfield's doing it's bit. Joe Flacks got a couple but we need all the strike force to be hitting the back of the net far more regularly. I'm sure it will happen, and hopefully with a vengeance!

Intriguing stats Rik. So, we are on the same amount of points as this time last season, but as you say we need to be firing in a few more goals. Id forgotten that we had been beaten early doors in season at home by Maldon, W+H and Fisher. All we need is goals now lads!
