Tommy Lambourne

Recommended Posts

Does anyone else think rhodes is just insane???

I cannot believe he is touting around all haringey's so called "best players" when he takes no notice of his current team? And of course he is forgetting the great Tommy Catainia the current "hard as nails Captain" and "Santos" another youth team starlet!

As well i have seen Lambourne play and he is an average Spartans Player and my sources tell me that he gave a pen away againist the vale.... How do u feel rhodes!!!!!!!

Well at least this seems to have generated some interest from people involved with Haringey Borough. I am not 'touting around' their players at all and wouldn't dream of doing so, they have minds of their own and two have already left recently for pastures new, namely Lambourne and Bradley Drisdale. I don't agree that Lambourne is just an average SSML player however do agree with you about Tommy Catania and Santos who are both pure class, if you know me, which I'm sure you do, you will know that I was the legendary 2004/2005 Youth Team's biggest fan so am at somewhat of a loss as to what you are going on about. As for Glenn I, along with Jose Fernandez, was the one who brought him back to the Club after he and the great Stuart Rosemond were both unceremoniously shown the door by Julian Hudson because they didn't see eye to eye, I'm surprised Glenn agreed to come back after the way he was treated but at least his name is the first on Ged Searson's team sheet every week now.

As a Haringey supporter and previous player i no of rhodes and feel he is a bit of a plonka, and by reading some of the stuff he puts on here, its just amusing to read. None of the players evan liked rhodes at Haringey they just thought he was a big joke. And as for you being the youth teams biggest fan, i wonder why that was??????? very shady character,

The "great" Stuart Rosemund, eh? This is where your misplaced superlatives can end up getting you into a lot of trouble, Rhodes.

Let me tell you something about the "great" Stuart Rosemund (as you seem to have forgotten me telling you face to face two seasons ago). When he was a youth team player at Ilford, he took objection to a tactical change made by the U18 Coach. His reaction was to punch the coach in the face, an action which almost certainly directly led to the gentleman in question suffering a stroke less than 48 hours later. He then stormed off to the dressing room and was threatening to "smash up" anything or anybody that got in his way, but was smart enough to scarper just before the Police arrived and he never darkened Ilford's door again. How "great" do you think Stuart Rosemund is now, Rhodes? Wouldn't surprise me if he was unceremoniously shown the Haringey door for much the same reason but I'm sure you could turn a blind eye to that if it meant you were able to get yet another dig in at your former colleagues.

Well I'm sorry to hear that and agree that Rosemund could be a hot head at times but I was judging him by his playing ability. This is where Haringey and Kentish Town are so different as we ensure players like Rosemund from deprived and violent backgrounds get specialist help for their behaviour floors and instil on them that such conduct will not be tolerated at the Club, the Community work the players do is very humbling for them however when I wanted to introduce such initiatives and partnerships at Haringey 'Sugar' wasn't interested in the slightest and pooh poohed every idea I came up with.

Rhodes you dont even no these players on a personal level so how do you even no about their backgrounds?? Iv never even seen you have a chat to any of these players such as 'Rosemund' and 'Glen' because none of them didnt want to waste their time speaking to you as you was considered a laughing stock around the team.

I don't think you know what you're talking about, clearly I know you and will probably be able to work out who you are before too long, initially I thought you might be Ged Searson but your post was timed at 1.05 today so he would have been on his way to Oxhey Jets. I knew Glenn and Stuart well and you probably need your eyes tested if you didn't see me talking to them, if you say that I was thought of as a joke at Haringey then I'm not really bothered but I don't think that was the case.

Rhodes...at times you really are something of a "babboon head" aren't you. Lambourne did not notch v Royston, Horace got the scorers right apart from it was Page not Ravel whoever he may be?

So that's two hats you now have to eat...how many more before the seasons end I wonder?

Yes obviously Jim got his wires crossed. Page scored a cracking fourth while the own goal was a stupendous diving header. Thats 20 for the Sway now this season, the first Manor player to get that total for 8 years
