It was obvious to me that the linesman was a mentalist and should be locked up in an asylum. Some of the decisions he made were a f*ckin disgrace. I thought he cost us at least a point last night with the penalty decision and the constant offside decisions against us. I do not know why the club does not report him because I thought even the referee realised what a complete w*nker that bloke was. Having got that off my chest we need some forwards and quickly because I cannot see where the goals are going to come from at the moment.

and again it comes back to us digging into our pockets. Can someone please explain to me how in the love of Christ a team can be this uncompetitive in a division with a wage bill of £6k a week (a 40 week season, covered by Deaner's £200k and £50k in gate receipts, not including rent or bills)? Even if the other suppository costs are around the £125k mark that still leave £3k a week for fifteen players?

Asking the supporters for money Chris is beyond belief, esp after what we have had to put up with? You can see for yourself how many people are getting pissed off by last nights attendance.Its sad to see Slough like this as it looks very likley we will drop a further level or worse after this season.

Chris wasnt asking for money anon, it was a just a suggestion put foward at the beginning of the season and some people were happy to contribute. If you dont want then dont, its up to the individual. Of course the other alternative is to just carry on being negative about everything.

I didn't say that. Some of the players are good enough and some ain't, I would like the situation addressed just like the rest of you. It gets tiresome hearing bad insults that help nothing. Why not go in the f ing bar and say it to the players face as they roll in rather than on this f ing forum. And no I'm not a player or a players friend just a cheesed off supporter.

If you want to get a striker , then maybe we can help and the idea behind it is a good effort by supporters to make a real defference .. I maybe agree with Liam to put the price up but maybe too late now...but this could rebound and may stop some coming...whats the problem with some supporters if they want to pay some money towards a wage of a new player ? other clubs have done this... we can directly pay the new player our selfs ..not through the club ! but give Eddie something to work towards...this idea was made by some supporters from outside the board and the trust ...so lets see if we can run with this idea...

See my post earlier about the cost of running the team. I find it difficult to believe that with a wage bill of £3k to £4k a week we can't field a competitive team.

liam more like 1500 to 2000 max ....for a full squad...
