No league wins yet for Hendon, and they've conceded 13 goals including 3 that Hampton put past them. They have, however, scored 8 goals in their last two outings which were Westview and FA Cup wins. I've got a lot of time for the folk at Hendon.

 

A great club with tremendous tradition. My first game as a nipper was the '72 Amateur Cup Final, so I know all about the Dons!

 

Hopefully you'll understand why I'm going for a draw.

We played far better than we have previously against Arseley inthe 4-0 cup win, but this will be a much tougher game. Optimistically, I'm going for us to edge it 2-1.

I work in Corals, and already checked the prices, but never bet on my own team. I think Rangers are a big price also at 10/3 with Bet365 but because they're my team I couldn't back them.

Hope you all followed my advice. Same proce again for a 0--0 half time tomorrow. 10-1 for full time 0-0 also looks ok, considering neither of us are scoring or conceding many

So any idea why they are referred to as "The Lambs" now ? Surely they didn't change nicknames because of AFC Wombles arriving in the Ryman ?

Since when were we referred to as "The Lambs"? First I've heard of it (and I run our website). The nicknames we use are either The Dons or The Greens. We have a lamb on our badge and as our mascot, but we certainly don't refer to ourselves as The Lambs.

but I am sure I've seen your lads called that in the NLP and other clubs programmes - it caught my eye coz I didn't think it was right !
