Arhhh Did that nasty man wayne say that some players were not trying very hard.....didums, maybe it was the Mighty Cobham (no offence!) so they should be lauded for effort.

If effort alone counted and not talent Andy Deaner and Gary Macvie would be Slough Towns greatest ever players!

In fact, might have helped having them on saturday! ( No offence to certain players)

One player in particualr was shocking on saturday, so do we go, 'hey, you did not look interested, you didn't seem bothered, but hey, lets celebrate that fact and say, yes , you are special, and lets mark you up with the lads that actually gave a toss, and did something'

 

Any of the players that have been here a while will tell you for a fact that if we go down fighting we will support you and applaud you. Play like you did at cobham (seen it elsewhere on this forum and I agree, they are the worst side I have ever seen us play against), and we will not be happy...............are you telling me the players (sorry to a certain few.you know who you are!) feel good about that performance?

 

As Barry Scott has said before, those marks are glowing compared to what we have done before, in fact the ones in the Fanzine were just as harsh: if we see crap, we'll say it!

"If you see crap you'll say it". Well I totally agree, so why not air it to the players when they're walking of the pitch like rabsy said which you quoted minty.

 

So whats the disagreement??
