On the other hand wenger, the likes of Smith and Williams could and should be very proud of themselves to be a part of such a strong squad.

12 months ago, were'nt they on the fringe of Ramsgate reserves. Now they are part of a squad in top 3 of Ryman.

They have progressed and done well, but you need to earn your laurels and walk before you can run.

They have alot to learn still.

This is a serious league needing experienced players i Gate are to progress.

You don't just throw youngsters in for the sake of it.

RT has a job to do and his main job is progress in FA CUp and play-offs.

Thats the first priority.

Then come the youth and their development, but it is coming-we did not have any reserves 12 months ago.

Williams and Smith have reasons to be proud, but lets not get carried away-they will not win us this league .

basicaly what this means is pat has sign for us but he is not registered with us in The league yet, he is only registered with us in the fa cup, so this means he can still play for cralwey in the league until he is registered with us in the leauge .

Nope nor me, though Wenger has obviously got some sort of connectionwith the younger players? They will have their time too with the first team if good enough, after all this is only the first season for them with the reserves
