i dont see how Sappleton will be back at Margate on the strength of his performance tonight. He has been awesome for Crawley tonight. I'm sure they will do everything they can now to ensure he stays with them. According to my research he has only made 6 appearances as a sub so maybe they just didnt realise how good he is. Be interesting to see how this one pans out as we were led to believe it a was a definite signing

He either plays for Margate or not. This sort of player coming and going and this applies to Sesay, Yiga etc is just crap. It does nothing for morale for players intth e squads including reserves who train twice a week and turn up for games and sit on the bench etc only to see their chance of playing thwarted by a player coming in at the last minute in their place. It stinks. You pick your squad and stick with it for a few months. If you have not made the right choices then questions should be asked as to why. Let the players especially the fringe ones have a chance. Smith and Williams in the squad now no chance of playing. demoralising for them.
