I read that Adrian Clarke was no longer at Welling ,but amazing that he has retired.

 

The one 'big name' missing from all our recent players-where are they now threads-is Billy Edwards-very quiet on that front .

Anyone know anything ?

Just got in and going through your updates. Terrific, as usual.

 

There is an error in the 1946/47 photo. My dad is at the end of the first row - Albert Garner (not Gardner) - probably with a broken leg.

That photo's been on the site for about a year Rich - didn't realise that was your dad. Think the names were hand-written on the back of the picture so whoever wrote them 60 years ago is to blame - obviously not me ! I'll change it in the next couple of days.
