I thought we all did really well and worked hard to stay in the game. It was certainly a marked improvement on the AFC game and if we could have rotated a bit more maybe we wouldn't have been so knackered at the end of the game. Warren and Mr C were excellent and it good to have Boxall for a whole game!

absolutely loved playing... an agree with the man of the match choice...but warren was a close second (lads you do realise that this means you now have to play EVERY game right?) and many thanks must also go t our hosts who made us feel welcome, chatted to us in the ar, and sportingly laughed on the few occasions where I successfully tackled someone! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Really enjoyed yesterday even if a little sore today (or maybe that's the beer?)

So the two best players have a combined age of 90!

Game was played in the right spirit, and with a few more subs we could have won. Liked Charlies organisational skills. I would never have warmed up for starters.

My fault for the first goal, as Radders shouted his ball, and I went in and missed it.

Personally think Radders and our keeper were MOTM

Sorry for letting you all down guys if it makes you feel any better i am feeling like death warmed up and pulled out of another game today cos of the large amoubnths of blood coming out my mouth and high temp- yummy!

Thank you to all of you for coming over for the game on Saturday morning and to Martin for arranging stuff at your end.

 

I apologise for the referee not showing up but I think the people who stood in did a decent enough job in his absense.

 

Overall, it was a good game played in the right spirit of supporters' team football.
