Supporters Team game vs Farnborough?

That's a really old website, although a number of those people still play for us. Up to date information can be found on our forum at:

And don't fear the fact we play a few games, we don't win too many of them. Last year our record was:

We're also yet to win a game this year, losing 8-0 to Preston NE and 3-2 to Aldershot, although we did manage a 3-3 draw at Southampton.

Ok so here is the directions:

 

Leave the M3 at Junction 4.

At the end of the slip road turn right at the roundabout towards A331

Aldershot, Guildford, Farnham (and various others). On the dual

carriageway get in one of the two right hand lanes, ignore the Exit

signposted Farnborough A325. Ignore the next exit signposted Farnborough Park/Mytchett. Take the next exit signposted A3011. At the end of the slip road go straight over the roundabout and over the flyover (which takes you over the road you just came off) At then end of the flyover go straight across the Park Road Roundabout into Park Road . At the end of the one way bit, turn leftinto Queens Road (opposite the Joke Shop). Take the second right, signposted Recreation Ground and park. The pitch is immediately in front of you, the changing rooms on the left.

 

For people with advanced systems like GPS the post code of the school

adjacent to the pitch is GU14 6JU.

 

Chris is going to confirm the kick off time tonight and then I will let you guys know and arrange a meeting time at the Park. The Farnborough team will be playing in white so if we could all bring amber shirts that would be good. I have one or two spare for anyone who is missing one and I have a goalkeepers jersey for Mr. C.

Warren a lift should be fine. I'll take you, Dam and Liam. I think Boxall, Kirby and possibly Glen will be driving to sort the others for lifts.

I'm still waiting on confirmation of the KO time. It will either be 10:30 or 11:00am depending on whether there is a match before us or not.

 

However, to keep you happy, I have drawn a picture of a football pitch on a map 'cause I was bored this morning.

Mr C, Warren, Radders, Liam, Me, Dom, Ricky/Charlie/Mark, Boxy, Matt C, Dam and Kirby.

 

Subs: Ricky/Charlie/Mark, Webby, Glen, Dan and Robert.

 

Those of you on the bench are very important as impact players. Also the chances are every one on the bench will start when Boxy's car full takes a detour.

Its ok Warren I explained to David that you had asked me first and you were quite happy to give up your drinking time before the game and during half time to help me in the shop.

I am not sure if I mentioned to everyone - we are playing in AMBER. The kit I have is white but that would clash with Farnborough. So can everyone try and bring an amber shirt. Those who have spares bring those. I will be bringing a couple and hopefully Radders might have something suitable if we are a bit short.
