I was shocked to see the way the under 18's have to put up with parents/injured players/anyone passing by....as officials....

 

the 'lino' today running the urchin forwards was the clapton captain...he spent more time telling his back four where to place themselves....nice kid tho and a cheeky grin when I pulled him about it but undoubtedly poor officiating lowers young players heads...

 

surely there must be some way that these important moments in young players careers can be better officiated without huge cost...
