Lato - Not priceless, just to the point and from the heart as usual, that's very much my style as you and Potters Bar Town know full well and something Haringey weren't comfortable with whereas Kentish Town are. I repeat that it's not just coincidence we are top of the league, everyone from the Chairman to the tea lady are singing from the same hymn sheet.

So how will I recognise you will you be the only 1 legless by 3p.m.? <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

So I understand and it was all hands to the pump however it's a totally different Club nowadays and you wouldn't recognise it from last season when we groundshared with you at Parkfield. I bet you wish you had agreed a further year with us now with all the success and publicity we're getting as it would have reflected positively on Potters Bar, we would have also given you a lot of the credit for allowing us to groundshare.

Actually, if we'd agreed a further year with Kentish Town, we wouldn't now have a reserve side sitting top of the Suburban League with six wins out of six and a stronger pool of players to pick the first team squad from. However, you won't have seen me crowing about our reserves 100% start to the season as I'm sensible enough to realise that the League table in mid-September bears no resemblance to how it will look at the end of April.

That's the sort of reply I was looking for PBTF but as it's Friday I went for the mentally challenging approach instead!!

I don't necessarily agree with that, look at Oxford City last season who led from start to finish and I think Colney Heath were up there in the van the whole time too in division 1. I'm pretty convinced that there must be a lot of worried people in the corridors of power at Brimsdown Rovers, Stony Stratford Town, Bedford Valerio United and Ampthill Town, who we go to tomorrow, knowing that there is only one promotion place remaining and that is not allowing for an outsider coming up on the rails such as Hoddesdon, Cockfosters or Sun Postal.

why is there only one promotion place remaining?

Why would someone from Kentish Town consider Hoddesdon, Cockfosters & Sun Postal to be outsiders? Didn't Kentish Town finish behind all of them last season? Surely that makes Kentish Town outsiders? Plus the fact that those clubs have the scope to improve whilst Kentish Town's record can only get worse. Lots of teams start well then fall away in the winter months - or make a winning start then fall to pieces when they finally lose a game.

As you have absolutely no idea how they will react to their first League defeat (although you probably think you do), you are merely setting yourself up for a fall - and we are all waiting.

Lato - Well isn't that obvious. Potters Bar Town - Point taken but as I said we are a totally different Club to last season in all but name and you wouldn't recognise us from when we were under your feet at Parkfield. We have even brought a psychologist onboard to get into the players heads as the majority are from deprived backgrounds and virtually live on the streets, Rio de Janeiro style, an example of it working is that our yellow and red cards, compared to previous seasons, are zero and the players leave their dressing room spotless after a game, it's all part and parcel.

Paula - I'll see what I can do but I'm not sure some of them can be trusted with you, they chat up anything in a skirt.

Potters Bar Town - No not at all but some of them are still rough diamonds and need expert guidance, they are also a little freaked out by all the overnight success and being headline news in every north London local rag every week, they're not used to it and we will need to keep their feet firmly on the ground. When they step onto the field of play there is no problem at all and just do what comes naturally, as I say they all know what each other have for breakfast every morning they're that close knit, a bit like the 1970's Leeds team were under Don Revie.
