At first I had a lot of sympathy with Canvey because they were going through a transition as we did. However, the superior attitude they seem to have adopted has changed all that. Today they have been brought down a peg or two and hopefully will have learned by the experience.

Way it goes. If we played our first team on Tuesday we still could have lost. You take risks and when it goes wrong you have to get on with it.

You really should not be so concerned about CIFC!
They have team building to cope with and rather than buying glory are looking to build the basis of the team for the longer term.
