We didn't have one against Woking, I wasn't there on Saturday but the BBC live text thing and the NLP had us down again as zero shots on target, we've managed a few off target though ....

Don't want to get personal either. If you have written something that's great. Just not personally aware of it. As you no doubt have guessed, I won't be at Exeter tomorrow. Nor for that matter at CP next Saturday for Gravesend. The whole point of me offering to contribute to the programme regularly is that I am not a 'diehard' fan and for various reasons I can't make every game. But living locally, I come to as many as I can, I love football, and I will write about City mostly but often mention other aspects including my first love which is Reading. Quite frankly, I really dislike the 'holier than thou' attitude of some fans who seem to think that fans like myself have no place at their club just because I don't go to every single game (this is meant to be a general statement as its not just at St Albans that these attitudes exist). Taken to its extreme that attitude will kill clubs like St Albans who need occasional fans like myself to keep attendances and revenues up. So I'll keep writing it, your choice if you keep reading it!

I've noticed this about St Albans too, and I agree with you.

It doesn't seem to go on at other clubs (although I may be wrong, as I don't really read other message boards) but at this club there definitely is a culture of looking down the noses at people who don't go so regularly.

Couple that with chants like "Where were you in 92?", "If you were on the pitch at Telford, clap your hands", etc. Yawn.

Of course, mate.

Hopefully there will be some good news by lunchtime, as she'll be first in theatre.

All the best mate. Hope everything goes well for you and Emma.
