We've Bloody Done It!!!

Recommended Posts

I think that Saturdays game is a clear indication that our fortunes may be changing. Beating Hitchin away surely is a much greater achievement than all of our cup and trophy runs put together!!! After having dominated the game, the referee was truly awful. However, to come away with all three points is just the kind of luck we need to mount a challenge. We're only 11 points of Aldershot at the top, it isn't looking that bad any more eh.....

Was it cold over at Hitchin or what ?? my feet are still thawing out !

The talk of Ty Gooden joining conjurs up images of that goal he scored against Arsenal in the cup last term !! hopefully he will score more like that. One question though, do Canvey really need more players ?? Canvey need to be more consistent and play as a solid unit but how can that happen if the team is changing all the time ??

ps any one see Stimmo playing for Spurs in the Masters Football last night ?

well if the players are better who cares how many we have.. but concerning the playing as a unit then yes that is a valid point.. ok results went our way on saturday but 11 points is still some mountain to climb.. signing another attacker? when we have shipped in 40 goals!! this season already.. well if jeff thinks we can score the 3 goals we need to each game to get a result it will at least be entertaining
