Club Shop Manager Replacement

Just wondering if we have managed to find a replacement for me, my last game as Club Shop Manager will be 21st April.

 

Would be great if we knew who was taking over in February time, so that I can run through some stuff.

Being Club Shop Manager involves:

1. Ordering stock for the shop direct through the suppliers and Roy.

2. Opening on match days - taking peoples money and logging what is sold.

3. Maintaining a spreadsheet showing what has been sold, stock levels and money taken - This needs to be sent to the Trust on a regular basis (although currently not done, as not sure when meetings are held) - the spreadsheet is already created so just a case of inputting numbers.

4. At the end of the season, doing a stock take and advising the Trust/Mike of the value of the stock remaining.

5. Taking the stock home and storing it until the new season starts.

hi there sue gary and all ext.

as im in the bar most of the time selling programes collecting a few glasses for alon and bar staff could i be any help trying to help you sue when things a bit busy and me not selling too many programes at times and maybe at half time ext ext until otherwise told diferantly and feel sue you would poss need me in the background and give me more pride to be doing a slightly different role. any way after half time could be red red wine for you and cider for me ext ext.

 

hope what i offered is ok and we all need to do things together and suceed
