I never realised it had to be hot and sunny, before we were allowed to sink a few beers! Must be some law out West!

It isn't a law, but the hotter it is, the better a cold one tastes. The only law in this area is we have to have some sort of weather.. hot, cold, rain, snow, cool, mild, storms, dark of night, etc. Any weather conditions will work.
