3 nightmares in one day!

Its not often i give an in depth report but i'm going to try today.

 

The first nightmare started some time in the wee small hours It was a nuclear explosion somewhere near Broadstairs. I think i had watched the BBc 9/11 thing on Thursday and obviously it had a stark effect on me as it was rather like that. Worse was to come cos i had the exact dream later. Still you wake up in a start, don't you, and in my case all was ok as my beloved was beside me.

 

Corny i know but third nightmare the match at BW.

 

I have said all along the defence is no better than last year and this year we have no sweeper(remember them) no Billy or JK.

 

Don't get me wrong Rt is a great bloke and a useful if rather one paced defender. Chris Wild is a real find and Donavan has improved BUT how many times do attackers get down the flanks cross or indeed just walk through the defence. This was a result waiting to happen i'm afraid.

 

On the plus side the attack is as sweet as it gets. Pinnock was superb today never stopped running. Danny is sound and will always score goals. Jimmy is excellent and Robo, if you play him right wing is great.

 

 

I love us going forward with Proths providing. They look better than anything i have seen at gate for a lomg time possibly the best in 40 years.

 

The best part of nightmares is they don't usually come true, as you wake up. In this case it should be awake up call but we have to something about it. The defence problem will no go away but the boys know that. This flat back four is ok if you have some pace and apart from our forwards we dont.

 

I your going to lose your record you might as well lose it big time.

 

Great support today half the crowd!! lovely ground one of the best i've seen in this league.

 

Stayed for sometime after heard Rt address the troops saw Kp looking p**d off and the Chairman handing out the white envelopes.

 

A bad day but you dont learn from crushing wins only from big defeats. Lets hope so. Any fast defenders out there who hate going past the half way line please come to margate. It's nice!!!
