Great to see Andrew Deaner running around before the Yeading game....... Just think, we let Steve Hale go! Winston and Boot are definately the two to start, mainly because the other two are pants!! Could we finally see Alvin Bubb get a chance in the Slough team? He looked really good on the rare occasions he has come on and i think his pace would really tear defences appart.

And to rub salt in wounds, Hale came on for half hour yesterday, did ok for us and hit post with header, your loss our gain.

I think Alvin will do well, but not entirely convinced by him yet, but then nor was I about Byron who has come on leaps and bounds since his arrival.

 

Not quite sure he's a striker, but can play there if required. Think he prefers the left wing role where he could be a useful replacement for the last 30 minutes when Gilkes begins to tire.
