I don't mind Rob making his guest appearances on our site. He has been seen to have a good point or two to make and it seems he would like to draw to our attention that someone somewhere is talking up the 'Stones!

 

They have a good catchment area and if they continue to progress they will start to command reasonable gates. But there is a tangle of Kent Clubs at the top of Ryman 1 and it may yet be a season or two before they have a chance to pit their wits against us.

 

Until then talk of them being the best supported club outside of the Conf is just camel dung!

Yes. And I note that their chairman was complaining about the benefit their opponents gain when Maidstone's big following gets into town. Strange then that they don't turn up in Sittingbourne.
