It was the selection and the system and that is two weeks running!

 

I cannot recall a worse result in the Town's history, and that includes Wivenhoe last season. The board have to call a meeting with Jim and ask him to explain himself and his decisions. Jim is the manager and his decision on players, system, training etc is final but the board should make clear that there is to be no backsliding and tell him he has so many games to get it right. true steph i am fed up of the refs always gettin the blame wen its the tactics lettin us down you cant blame the ref if we play bad and cant find the back of the net
