South Midlands Floodlight Cup.

We both had a free day, and it was Arlesey's turn for the pitch (they share at Arlesey Town). The sun was even better than floodlights would have been.

First team. (Our ressies won 6-2 at Holmer Green).

We played in the above mentioned cup comp - won 7-0.

Sorry...far too early to be meticulous. Good result or totally expected?

We beat St Maggots 3-1 having been one down, but by the sounds of it we mugged 'em somewhat. Still anothe £600 to our swelling coffers this season!!

The team we played are in Div One, so in theory we should have won comfortably, but our Saturday results haven't been good recently - we tend to play better on a Tuesday.

 

I had you down as my joker game in the prediction comp - so thanks for winning - got me double points!

We are playing 100 per cent better than last season. Good little squad this year. I work most Saturdays so only seen a few games.

FA Cup run is a bonus, and will be going to Worthing United this week in the 2nd qualifying round with high hopes. Plus Erith Town in the next round of the Vase, so must have a chance there too...
