Didnt want to single anyone out today John but seeing as though you have I will.

As you say WILD was outstanding. I had my concerns when I heard Trotty was ill & not playing but they all did us proud.WILD & DONOVAN excellent games today,won everything.SCOTT CHALMERS-STEVENS is unbelievable.Surely one day he will make an error.He just cant stop saving these shots at goal can he? That save in the last 10 minutes was out of this world.Actually it was a double save wasnt it?

SKINNER never stopped working & chasing. ABBOT great goal & tireless running.OATES terrific today.Stood up to the forwards & won everything.

PROTHEROE & McKIMM awesome in midfield.HOCKTON great reflex,typical poachers goal.Excellent running off the ball as was the case for JACKSON.Both non-stop triers up front. Both ran & ran & made themselves available.PINNOCK just gets better & better.Brilliantly taken goal from a brilliant Hockton cross.Pinnock holds that ball up so well!

totally agree with all cookie SC-S dad was there today and his grandfather and how proud they must be of him i had to shake their hand on being the proud owners of one of the, if not THE best goal keeper in a margate shirt since dare i say smiffy best in the league by far!!!

cynics may say better than smiffy and i think i would have to agree what a keeper

Chris Wild was up their arses & they both couldnt cope with it & didnt like it. To beat teams like these you have to be on their back. He was spot on with his positioning & tackling.His heading was outstanding too & his forward forays(including an off the line header-Hockton converted) was inspiring. Nothing but praise for the lad.Didnt foul,just stood up to the man & harried all day.First real game,in at the deep end(or so we thought beforehand)he was terrific for 90 + minutes.Trotty watch out! He shades a m.o.t.m for me but only because it was his first competitive game today for us(league).Otherwise ALL 11 would get my vote.
