Number 3 would probably be a place higher if they didn't put so many bloody green peppers in it.

I had that at a work's Christmas Party once - didn't think much of it. Pushed for a Top 10, I'd add Sweet & Sour Chicken, Shredded Beef, King Prawn & Mushrooms, Sweet & Sour Prawn Balls, and Lemon Chicken to my list!!

Jade Garden is very nice, if a little on the pricey side. Still, it's worth the extra cost, and I always go to that one if we're going out for a Chinese.

 

And don't you just love Saki!!

I like Chinese and everything but personally I prefer Indian food. I would put my top 5 on here but I can't remember how to spell most of the dishes.Naan bread stuffed with mince meat is definitely up there though!

1) Chicken Kung Po

2)Sweet & Sour Chicken 'Hong kong style'

3)Aromatic crispy duck with pancakes and a little bit of sauce

4)Lemon Grilled chicken with lemon sauce

5)Special beef curry with Ginger and fat old onions.

 

And of course, all of the above with boiled rice as Egg Fried Rice is the 'devils spunk'...hehehe (is that alowed webbo?)

Must admit I do go all unadventurous when I enter a Chinese or a Indian, because I know what I like I don't like to change it to anything that I might not like.

 

But as a rule it's sweet and sour chicken or Chicken Ko*ma (that mild indian dish won't do my rock'n'roll reputation any good <img src="/forums/images/icons/smile.gif" alt="" /> )

I have a record called the onion bhaji song by Lord Lemington (who is ben out of Jims Super Stereoworld and Drugstore).

 

It contains some classic lines:
