Match Sponsors/Sponsorship

I see we had no match sponsor for either of our first two home games.A bit unusual I thought. Normally the lounge upstairs is packed with sponsors & their friends. May be a little too early in the season but I was just wondering if we have a sponsor for this week coming v Chelmsford..or any other game that is!

Are the club not bothering to get sponsors in then I'm wondering. Surely it is for their benefit to do so. Another suggestion therefore,if so, is one that I mentioned once before & that is why not get a commercial manager in to sort this out. Losing income because some cant be bothered,so it seems,is madness.Maybe the club or "The Pagester" could enlighten me on this one. Do we have future match sponsors lined up or not? If so how about giving them a plug beforehand on the main page..even those who have sponsored the players.(I notice that one was advertised).

Havent got a programme in my possession so not sure if they are mentioned in there. Maybe Steve B. can help me with this one as they ARE normally shown in there too. How about ball sponsors too & any other sponsorships.Have they been looked at this year or are all sponsorship deals just being ignored in the hope that some kind person actually comes to us for it.Thats not the way is it.

If indeed sponsorship deals have been made already then I apologise for bringing up the subject & if so,well done after all.

I have not received any info about Match/Ball/PLayer sponsors so am assuming that there are none. The PLayer sponsorship page is in the programme and waiting to go so as soon as I recieve any info on these I can put them straight in.

Just as I thought,no-one cares or knows or can be bothered to trump up any sponsors this season.Wonder why that is? Complacency in the boardroom? Or are we financially stable enough not to need sponsors cash at all this sesaon.?

I would have thought the club could have shed some light on this but then again we dont get any light shed on anything these days on the main page.Whats going on?

Obviously getting ahead of myself. Have edited to suit,but was it not July & August the months of communication between Council & the Club or was it August & September? If the latter then I was being indeed early in that part of my post.Thank you for pulling me up on that Alan!

However whatever the months it would still be nice to get something from the club stating exactly what the state of play is or does a personal visit to the council leader have to be made to find out,even though it may be his side to the story. Come on MFC give us "SOMETHING"....please!!!
