Ansil was great. "Ansil on the keeper" - as we used to shout inexplicably from corners. He once scored two identical goals against Yeading to actually beat them in the FA Cup - I think.

Said Sayer was not prolific (top player though) and Said Boot and Ansil were not big names!

So nobody ever heard the booing or shouting aimed at Ansil? Yes I know his record, I commented on his goalscoring form in the fanzine many a time. Saying give the guy a break he has scored loads.

Same for Boot, scored loads and always got abuse, remember not many people were to sad to see him go (I was!) keep saying mouthy and flash.

Never rated Ansil Bushay sorry, missed FAR too many sitters. Tommo was a great player as were Langley and Stanley but Mckinnon never impressed
