Sorry, I stand by what I said; the EFC fans started off chanting 'fat' but it changed to 'black' the second time (the two words are discernable) - I'm disgusted these people want to back-off from what was happening. I am not the only person in the grandstand to hear (quite clearly) what was shouted (I was surprised and asked those around me for confirmation).

So it seems my 'hearing' is fine - stop denying the truth; some EFC fans behaved despicably; this was answered by ETFC fans (who should have known better) but the initial provocation came from the (EFC) shed end.

It's easy to belittle what we heard but I maintain that the chant was racist and shame on those 'few' who disgraced their club in such a way a way.

I never once heard the word Black either, I did however move myself and my daughter away from behind the goal because of the language, It did no good because as I stood at the half way line I could hear it from both ends . I was standing behind the goal with the rest of the efc fans and THEY DID NOT CHANT BLACK, were you down the other side of the ground? some of the town fans have said there was no racist remarks so why can't you just drop it?

I am with the Es fans on this. I laughed when I heard them chant fat b******. Mind you, if it wasn't for JJ's performance today, the result would have been far worse!!!
