not a happy bunny

i know a lot of people know.

and i do not get the hump that often.

but today, was the last straw.

as i went to get in, with my brother, i was then told, i am not get through the big gates, with the wheel chair unless i pay for my brother.

now, i was incescened with this, and went to go and got in my car.

after coming, back, from the gate one of the directors of the club was there, and told him what had happen.

he didn't seem to care, more intent on supping his beer.

so, a couple of friends of mine, told me to go back which i did.

i did pay, for the both us.

but thank you to martin cantrell, for getting, my other money back.

but it seems to me the the directors of the so called family club, do not give a damn.

there needs to be a change of board, as it becoming a little clicky club just like it was at enfield fc.

so i will not be going to watch etfc again.

and the attitude i get from board, is they don't care, someone will take my place.

so. i not happy bunny.

if the chairman or vice chairman, wants to speak to me, they can ring me, that if they can be bothered.

or after this rant bar me from the ground completely.

i just do not care after today.

I am not sure exactly what went on today but I was a distant observer at this incident. However, I woud suggest that the board puts forward a policy re disabled supporters.

My view is that someone with a disability should pay full price but a carer should be allowed to accompany that visitor free of charge. However, if the disabled visitor could not come to the ground even if they are able bodied (eg children under 12) then they should still pay.

That is what the Disability Discrimination Act says. If you do not charge the disabled person, they can sue you for not treating them as an equal of able-bodied spectators. The carer has no choice but to be at the game if the disabled person wants to go so should not be charged admission.
