brook r finding it not too bad, we deserved to beat newport but lost, drew with uxbridge and should have beat em easy, lost to taunton who r a good side and beat a fairly average hanwell side, i expect mid to lower table but not relegation, promotion if i ever get fit tho!

Its similar for ware, spanked Tilbury who were useless and then got spanked themselves by AFC Sudbury who were a very good side.

Should have beaten Arseley on monday but only drew!!

I think mid table is a possibility for ware this season!!

Top 3 if i get fit...

Classy AFC Sudbury were full value for their third consecutive Ryman League Division One North win and were a class act against Hertfordshire visitors Ware in front of an appreciative Kings Marsh audience of 323 on Saturday.

The Suffolk outfit taking the lead on 20 minutes through an James Rowe penalty and consolidated that before half time with a double strike from former Newmarket Town front man Andrew Claydon on 29 and 32 minutes respectively, before finishing strongly in the closing stages with further additions to the scoreline from Terry Raynor and Darren Bethel.

Ware for their part played better than the severity of the scoreline suggests and at the final whistle team boss Glen Alzapiedi spoke to nonleaguedaily.

“Sudbury thoroughly deserved victory, making full use of an excellent playing surface and exposed us in wide areas. We did not defend well for the goals but these are things that we can work on and look to bounce back at the earliest possible opportunity.”

Alzapiedi (pictured) added: “Our level of performance was much better after the interval when we changed the format. Defender Ilyas Cil made a competent return to the line up as a second half substitute after long-term injury had robbed us of the services of a quality player. But his rehabilitation to match fitness is progressing well and was a plus mark for us to take from the game.”

Concluding, the Ware boss was looking for his players to remain focused and bounce back within the framework of a busy schedule that takes in Monday`s important league encounter with Arlesey Town at Wodson Park with next weekends FA Cup tie away to Burnham Ramblers at Leslie Field.

In the final analysis, the Suffolk side had all round quality that included former Colchester United and Brentford left sided front man Paul Abrahams, ex-Colchester and Billericay Town custodian Nathon Munson, plus defender Shane Wardley, who appeared to cover every blade of grass and most definitely was in the frame for man of the match rating.

Wardley denied Ware during their brighest spell after the interval with a goalline clearance from Chris Ellerbeck, whilst John Frendo saw Munson claw away his first half header at the expense of a corner that on another day might well have been far better rewarded.

I love the .. "and at the final whistle team boss Glen Alzapiedi spoke to nonleaguedaily"

but they've missed out "Alzapiedi, formerly of Stevenage Borough"

Yeh should be interesting - Langford collapsed bigtime in the 2nd period so i wonder how the fans will perceive this. Also i wonder how my 2nd goal looked from the sidelines!!

Rhodes should be quaking in his boots - night games at home we are a different side!
