Sounds like we were on the backfoot for most of the half, so expect us to roll over and die in the 2nd half!

Good performance from Slough. Ours came as Wallace was allowed to stride forward through the middle and pick his spot in the bottom corner with a good finish.

They got us with two quick goals at the start of the second half and whilst looking the better side throughout, until we went behind and had to push forwards, were struggling to get in behind us and create sights of goal. Just how Hockton missed from a yard in the first half mind I'll never know.

Plenty of positives to take from this performance though and hopefully we can go one better and get the right result on Monday when we host Horsham.

Margate are my tip for the top of the league, so was not surprised to log on and find that we were losing, but was pleased to hear that we got in front.

not there Monday as i will still be in lausanne, switzerland til tuesday, so hopefully we can build on the positives that gary mentioned and get the win. will be a tough game but horsham should be beatable if we can work on the performances of the last 2 games.

up the rebels!
